As Production Managers for the 2013 Pittsburgh International Festival of Firsts, Clear Story led all aspects of Florentijn Hofman’s Rubber Duck as it made its first appearance in the United States on Pittsburgh’s three rivers. Working on behalf of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, the team provided comprehensive artistic production management, including advance planning, site selection, artist coordination, vendor and fabrication oversight, permitting, technical logistics, launch choreography, and exhibition management. The project reflects Clear Story’s ability to deliver complex, large-scale public art experiences with precision and care.
