The inaugural lighting program for the renovated Sister Bridges lighting system was created by artist Rob Long and the technical design team at Clear Story. Launched in the fall of 2023, the design -- "Observing Light" -- featured dynamic images of light reflections programmed to animate the architecture of the iconic bridges. This project is a case study in relatable, municipal-scale creative lighting design for the public realm.
